I was just looking at an inversion table online and decided to splash out and treat myself. I noticed that there was a lot of positive feedback online about them, and many people with back problems are commenting on the fact that they are really working in helping to relieve their back pain. It was only one hundred bucks, but it is an expense worth taking on board if it is going to make my back feel better. I am off to bed now, the inversion table gets delivered in 4 days so i can report back then on what i think of it, and maybe in about a month i will let you know if it is helping with my back pain.
